OOC: I have been requested to play the humans who are destroying the tribe land, so here they go! A group of men stepped out of their trucks, wearing bright orange and neon yellow jackets. It was time to start their job. The ground was covered in snow, they got their equipment out of the trucks, not all of it but only what they needed right then. The men set to work, scraping away the loose ground from the area on which they would start their building. It took hours. They could not help noticing how there seemed to be a lot of cats in the area, at one point one of them took out a radio and spoke into it. "We have found a lot of cats, we may want to do something about that" after getting a crackly response, he put the radio back in his pocket, and continued his work. There was little chatter among the men, it was fairly cold in the mountains, but people wanted to live here. Once they had cleared the ground one of them set little posts that stuck out of the ground. A machine was driven off the truck it had been brought in, and they started digging, piling up the dirt beside it.

Ruby watched in horror as she saw what could only be a group of Twlolegs start digging and plowing at the mountain. She'd never seen a twoleg before, and was afraid. She shouldn't have come out alone! Her father would have said it proved how stupid she really was. She hunkered down in between a crag of rocks, her tabby pelt hiding her well enough that hopefully she wouldn't be spotted while she spied on them. Her eyes glittered with fear as she watched them tear up her homeland. Why were they doing this?

A rumbling in the distance. Coming closer, closer. A plain flew overhead. The rumbling stopped. Men came running with cages. One spotted ruby, he rain up and grabbed the scruff of the cat. Other men where running around, silently, looking for cats. They needed to get all the cats away before the project could be completed. The men had dug up very little of the ground, it was so rocky. They had no clue how they where going to build this. The nodded at each other, one took out his radio, he turned it up. Static. "The land here is very rocky, are you sure this is the correct place?" he said into it. Static. A reply. The man shrugged, and looked up at his men "This is where they want it, this is where we build it" he sighed and motioned for the men to continue.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Talon was at his post by the tribe cave, nothing new was going on, just the same old boring routine. Almost nothing happened any-
Just then a loud rumbling sound could be heard from a distant, with Talon's well sensored hearing, the grey cat could hear it as easily as he could hear the buzzing of a fly by his head. What was THAT? He asked himself mentally, his tail bristling as he stood up straight, both eyes and ears alert. He scented the air, and could only smell the fresh morning breeze coming from the north....but then something else. It was a very very faint scent of something he never smelled before.
Talon was suspicious, whatever was happening, probably wasn't good. The cave-guard checked behind him, seeing no one was stirring, at least not yet. Talon let out a breath, shivering slightly, both from the cold and just the thought of what that sound could be. Surely not some beast? Beasts wouldn't rumble. Shaking his head, Talon quick-stepped on-ward, leaving the cave and his post. It was his job to guard, and that's what he was going to do!
Going along the mountain trail, the winds pulled at his stone grey pelt, and the snow tickled his nose. burr...how do prey-hunters do this kind of thing? It's even worse out there than back at the cave! He thought to himself, teeth chattering. Atleast his fur was nice and thick, that was good to have.
He looked on ahead, not seeing anything but snow falling down, and the usual rocky tail that led down close to the main land, where most of the prey-hunter's food was caught. I sure hope I wasn't the only one that heard that... He hoped, picking up the pace as he jumped down a small incline, claws scraping against the slippery stone floor below. His ears picked up the sound again, this time, even louder.
Eyes squinting as the snow came down more, Talon stalked quickly and silently toward the sound. His sight then came upon something very unusual and frightening. It's...a....What is that?! Talon thought as he saw a big yellow hard pelted monster peak out above a rocky cliff. It's mouth, was that it's mouth? It's mouth was huge! And, it was eating the..the dirt?
Talon stopped abruptly, fur bristling more, his heart pounded in fear of the creature. What was it? And why was it destroying the mountain? Talon didn't know the answer to those questions, but was going to find out! Even if it meant his life... The tom shivered once again, this was crazy. Whatever it was, it wasn't welcome here. Bracing himself, Talon crotched low to the rocky floor and scurried, low-tailed, toward it, making sure to not catch it's attention. How could he anyway? It looked to be busy with what it was doing! Which was destroying his home!
Talon sprinted to the other side, upon doing so, he caught sight of other animals, but on two-legs?! These creatures were also bright yellow, and tall, and also wearing some kind of thing on their heads! Talon was skeptical, and mystified. These were defiantly not the kind of things you saw every day out here!
The tom stayed low, not wanting those things to see him. He was stricken with fear inside, but also, he was curious to know more about these creatures. Like, where did they come from? And why were they doing this? But like any cat living up here, he didn't want them doing this! This was his home! What kind of monster would do this?
Talon's eyes widened in horror as the big yellow monster sunk it's teeth into a big side of the cliff and tore out a huge chuck of rock and dirt. this can't be happening.. He thought, his claws digging into the hard floor as he watched on, not knowing what to do.

Ace walked carefully across the rocky terrain around the mountain, scanning the sky for signs of hawks or eagles. Suddenly, the ground moved beneath her feet. Ace's fur bristled as she took a risky leap to another nearby rock, managing to propel herself up onto that. The vibrations stopped for a second. Ace hesitantly leapt off of the rock she was on, starting to dash across the territory, sliding underneath the rocks sleekly. She caught sight of large yellow monsters just as the rumbling began again. An uncontrollable hatred consumed Ace's body as she caught sight of several Twoleg's in the clearing. She took in a deep breath of air, her nose crinkling at the bitter scent of Twolegs that instantly repelled her.
She caught sight of a Twoleg grabbing a cat by the scruff-- wait. She blinked, focusing on the cat. Wasn't that Ruby? Ace's fur bristled instantly, feeling a sincere emotion of alarm. She observed the clearing, claws digging into the ground. It would be dangerous for her to run towards them with that many Twoleg's around. But, if Ruby couldn't break the grasp of the Twoleg, she'd be up in a heartbeat to attack. Ace had a lot of bad memories with Twolegs.

Syring of the Black Fog was sitting by the cliff. He too saw the trouble Ruby was in but he made no move to help. Ace looked like she was going to tear that human apart and he'd hate to get in between those two. "The humans, they're digging into the mountain. Tch, I can hardly say I'm surprised." Seth's mind went plummeting back to when the Tribe of Endless Hunting showed him a forest being mowed down by humans and houses and fences being built there. Despite the massive damage they caused the humans were quite the skilled builders. He had to admire them, and hate them at the same time.

The twoleg stuffed the cat in a cage, dashed down to a big metal truck and threw the cage inside. He grabbed another cage and went to grab another cat. They knew the terrain better than any of them did, but they had an advantage. Height. Brains. So he thought. He saw men running around, prowling, creeping. Searching for the cats, they where amazing hider's. He had never seen wild cats before, he had always worked with cats in the cities, he wanted to learn more about these cats, figures his boss wont let him. Never has, never will. He sighed and focused on his work. The workers where still working, not letting the cats and those catching them distract them.

Ruby's eyes were wide with terror as the twoleg grabbed her. But she wasn't going down without a fight; she hissed and clawed at the twoleg, trying to get a good bite in before she was shoved into a little cave that the twolegs could carry. "Go warn Stoneteller and the others!" Ruby yowled at the other Tribe cat's she could smell. She still hissed and tried to claw at the twolegs if they got too close to her, but inside she was terrified. Her home was being destroyed and she was helpless to stop it.

Seth stood quietly on the cold stone, there was nothing he could do. If he did attack the twoleg there were two things he was capable of doing: becoming horribly maimed, and dying. He wouldn't waste his energy doing something that would have no outcome. It was logical, he wasn't reckless like those young cats who had more bravery then sense and would go barreling down the hill like a maniac.

Talon watched as one of the two-legged things came over to him. He started to move away but was shocked to find out he was being lifted up by the scruff! He let out a hiss of anger and fear, clawing out at the thing, his ears flat back on his head.
He was being taken somewhere! He struggled to get out of the grasp of the two-leg but to no avail!
He let out a yowl of protest as he got thrown into some hard metal den. He turned around and hooked a claw on the two-leg's hand and pulled hard. His paw came back and he could scent blood. Ha! He had wounded it! At least alittle. "Take that!" He hissed, eyes glaring at the two-leg. He then saw that their was a metal webbing blocking his way out! what in the..-?! He thought as he threw himself against it, no use. He was trapped! How could this happen to him...?
He let out another yowl, hoping someone would hear him! He looked out, barely seeing anything through the retread hard web. He couldn't make out anything! He backed away from the web and started scratching at the box's walls. "Let me out of here!" he growled angrily, teeth showing fiercely.

Ace stared horrified at the two metal caves holding Talon and Ruby. Even she could tell that something on those boxes was keeping them from getting out. However, she had no idea how to open them and had no inclination of what to do. Her eyes met the cold ones of the Twoleg leaning over her. With a yowl of fury, Ace launched herself at the Twolegs legs, biting and clawing in desperation. She could feel herself being lifted into the air, so she twisted, burying her fangs deep into the hand of the Twoleg, hoping to cause them to drop her. To her surprise, she fell to the ground with a thud. Automatically, she started to run away from the Twoleg, hearing its loud, harsh calls after her. She could feel the thud of the ground moving from the ungraceful Twoleg's feet as they tried to catch her. What had Ruby said? To warn Stoneteller... Ace sniffed the air, pretty sure she could smell Stoneteller somewhere around here. Most of the cat's, were probably hiding, which is what she needed to be doing at the exact moment. Ace took a giant leap, clawing her way over a bush, and then grasping onto a tree's trunk with her claws. She lifted herself up the tree, before she settled anxiously on a branch higher than a Twoleg's reach. As her breath came out in pants, Ace tried to process exactly what she could possibly do against these monsters.

The twolegs handling cats where wearing gloves, and Ruby's claws and teeth did not scratch the twoleg, he just laughed as he shut the cage. The twoleg brought Ruby's cage to the big metal truck while Talon was caught by another twoleg. Probe. The new guy on the team, ha figures he would forget his protective gloves. Everyone was laughing at him.
Construction workers dug. Yelled.
The twolegs where starting to notice these cats where not friendly, theyy where vicious and wild. That needed to be taken care of. "Kill or Captcher?"
