Outsider's Council

This is the plot that's going with the poll, so far everyone's liked the idea so...I'm just gonna put this up. The Outsider's Council is a loose organization of loners and kittypets. Any and everyone that's outside of the clans is eligible to join. The Council has periodic meetings that discuss the going on in the forest such as how safe loners are if they're residing in clan territory. Anything really, kind of like a Clan's gathering. There might even be a few plans such as revenge on a clan cat or an intruder...you get the idea don't you? If you don't feel free to PM me. There is no official leader and it's a good way for outside cats to 'stick together', safety in numbers. The meeting place is probably going to be in the Twoleg Place at Nephenee's yard since there's no fences there. Please reply if you want your loner/kittypet to join in on the Council's meetings. I'll put down specifics if this mini-plot ever launches. So yeah, please put your cat down here and a brief description of his/her personality
