Ghost finally made it to The camp it was a long Journey cause she had to go slow because of the two kits nestled on her back. She entered the camp. And meowed, She was looking for Flystar. She glanced around for Vinepaw as well. Who had Jacklekit in her mouth. She moved to her Den where it was Warm and Settled down with the kits allowing them to climb off her back. And settle into the bedding she had. So they could get Warm while she waited for Flystar.

Wolfkit's brief encounter with a rainbow had brightened up his mood for a bit. Just a little while and it was wearing off already. Back to the moody ungrateful kit he usually was. He hadn't exactly had the best conversation with his siblings or Ghost on the way back either. Oh well, when life gives you lemons you yell at the higher deities of life for not giving you oranges. Now they were in some kind of den, it was uncomfortably warm compared to the cool marshes, well freezing cold marshes. He was already being crushed in utter gloom, any more depressing thoughts and he was going to be flattened like a beetle. Now what was going to happen to them? More strangers?

Echoheart burst into the camp, running toward Ghost, The kits, are they alright? You need anything? Feel bad at all?" she panted in short bursts, gasping for air. She had run half the way back from Highstones. Her amber eyes were panicked.

Coyotekit watched with wide eyes as they entered the strange new area. What was this...? A camp of some sort? Coyotekit stared around the shadowed place, amazement in his eyes. ..is this, our new home? The kit wondered as he took in the new scents. It smelled much like Ghost had, but the scents differed, like, many different cats lived here. He was very curious and wanted to explore, his exhaustion being replaced by anxiousness. "Look at this place!" He whispered to his brothers, looking from Wolfkit to Jackalkit. He had a smile on his face, as he continued to stare around some more, his amber eyes glowing. His sights quickly diminished as he was brought into some sort of den, he watched as the blue sky got blocked by many brambles and twigs. He blinked and adjusted to the dimly lit den.
Warmness swept over his silver and brown fur. It was so warm in here! His tail flicked back and fourth as he jumped off Ghost's back. He landed on soft ground, he looked down to see a moss covered bed. His eyes danced as he quickly glanced around the big den. "It's so warm and cozy in here!" he exclaimed, plopping down on the moss, stretching as a purr escaped his lips. All thoughts of darkness and cold left his mind as he took in the warmth and scents of the new den. His eyes rested on Ghost momently, glad she had taken them here. "Is this where you sleep?" He asked curiously, his muscles relaxing and his eyes closing slowly. He barely saw the new cat come in. He wasn't much paying attention, he could make out a feminine voice, and could sense the she-cat's dismay.

Wolfkit scoffed at Coyotekit's delighted reaction to the camp. Typical Coyotekit, as long as he had other cats around to comfort him and a dry place to sleep, he'd run around the place with a silly grin plastered on his face. His fur nearly jumped off his pelt when another she-cat came barreling up gasping whether something was wrong or not. She was panting like crazy, like she'd run a long way. "We're fine, nothing wrong!" he grumbled.

Ghost flattened her ears back as it seemed like Cats began to swarm the den. She smiled to Coyotekit and nodded. "Yes this is where i sleep" She said. She looked to Echo who came running up to her. And she shook her head. "The Kits are fine just need to be warmed up and put with a queen t be fed" She said "Have you seen Flystar?" She asked. looking down to the kits.

Letting Jackalkit down with his brothers, Vinepaw sighed relief as she watched them. Coyotekit was already wiggling around again, totally fascinated by everything. She had to admit, his big eyes were cute. Then a bit apart was grumpy old Wolfkit. No big surprise, he seemed in a bad mood again. Absently she wondered what kind or apprentice or even elder he’d make. She focused down on them more carefully, suddenly feeling that they were here to stay like everyone else. Would they remember the part she played in this little journey? Not knowing what to say, the she cat turned to leave and came face to face with an upset Echoheart.
Ears twitching, Vinepaw gracefully sidestepped her. She moved off to the corner, giving Echoheart the widest area possible to work in this crowded den. It didn’t seem like anyone one noticed her though so, fearing that with nothing to do Echoheart by impose a check up on her, Vinepaw pushed out. Making for the fresh kill pile her faced turned to the apprentices dens, this would make great gossip. But that was for later, she pulled up a vole and found an out of the way place to rest and watch. If Echoheart had discovered the kits so quickly it would only be a matter of time before the whole camp knew. Some movement caught her eye as she ate. Focusing, the she cat was sure everyone now new.
. . . . .
Emerging from her cave den, Flystar stood for a moment searching camp for some indication of upset. Deep in thought only moments ago, the leadress was sure something had happened. For a while shed chosen to simply waite and see if anyone would come get her. No one showed up and only Echohearts wail alerted her to a possible danger. After that her paws had scraped quickly to get to the entrance of her den. Nothing seemed wrong though, no one was doing to much of anything. What was that in the air? Nose raised she started forward. Rouge? Again? It wasn’t Ghost or Maplepaw, there scents had long since been adopted by Shadowclan. This was something else, but Ghosts sent was apart of it. Tracing its path with her eyes, Flystar turned to see the warriors dens.
Certain something strange was up the leadress prowled closer. Camp seemed unusually quiet now or perhaps it was just that way to her ears. She loathed warriors giving her something to chastise them for. Being more relaxed and talkative by nature, punishment had been hard coming when her name had changed to star. Maybe she’d gotten used to it. Only a heartbeats hesitation outside the black entrance steadied her thoughts. Then beyond far back in the bramble, she caught two little voices totally new and immediately darted in. Blinking back the poor light, her eyes caught sight of what was past Echoheart. Nestled in Ghosts den, looking all kinds of helpless and young, were three kits.
Rouge. Three rouge kits! With the very she cat Flystar herself had let into Shadowclan! Anger swirled upwards at Ghost, for a moment she even thought they were hers. It would make perfect since that she’d joined only to bring a home to them. Reason quickly returned, Flystar focused on them closely, their was no way. These kits looked totally astranged to her. Not to mention the fact not only there pelts but there build was off. She already had a good idea of what was going on when at last she decided to speak. What is going on now? Her voice was gentle, previous anger deflated and disappearing from her eyes. She brushed a set past Echoheart to see them all more clearly. Searching over the kits Flystar waited to hear this newest story.

Wolfkit glared defiently up at yet another cat. Sheesh, he had never felt so crowded in his life! This new she-cat had a different light in her eyes, a kind that commanded respect. Wolfkit took it upon himself to remember not to say anything. Just as a side note he realized that all the cats he's met so far are she-cats. Odd, but what did he know? Nothing at all about sociology so he'd better just shut his trap until he could get use to their talking gait. Their scents were strange, and it made him tense. After the ride back on Ghost's back, the scent was all over his fur too.

Echoheart's pelt bristled when she realized that the kits Ghost had with her were not her own...rouge kits? Where did they come from?" she wondered to herself. One of the three looked up at her a grumbled something about them being fine. She frowned, disrespect would get them nowhere in gaining Flystar's favor. Flystar came into the den, her green eyes inflamed with anger. Echoheart shrank back from it- Flystar was not angry most of the time. The leader seemed to calm herself and she asked, "What is going on now?" I'd like to know that myself..." Echoheart thought to herself. But she was to shy to ask Ghost herself. She decided it would be better to wait for the she-cat to explain herself to their Leader instead. Her black and white pelt was ruffled and messy from the long run, and she gave her chest-fur a few short nervous licks.

Ghost watched as Flystar entered the Warriors Den she watched as EchoHeart shrank bat. ~man she thought. These cats are not very Bold~ she thought to herself. She listened to the kits grumbe and what not And she laid down She was not intimitated by Flystar. She respected the Leaderess yes But she was not intimidated. She raised her blue eyes back to Flystar. "These Kits were on the Verge of Death I couldnt just leave them there to die And I figured we had a queen that was nursing. And they are about her kits Age that they would fit right in" She stated.

The small kit rolled up as he heard another cat, another she-cat. What's with all these she-cats? He wondered, puzzled as his big amber eyes widened in amazement at how the newest she-cat looked. The feline was bark colored brown, with some blue grayish flecks along her pelt, a rather neat combination for fur. And her eyes glowed the brightest green Coyotekit had ever seen. She did look very important, just a look about her seemed different than the other two cats in the den. Her face was solemn and calm, and she had walked with a graceness of a Goddess.
Coyotekit tried to understand what the problem was, because it seemed like some sort of tension was in the air, mostly coming from the other she-cat in the den, he watched as she flinched away from the older looking cat.
Ears twitching and pawing at the ground, Coyotekit listened as their rescuer spoke up. They were indeed near death, it was a relief the she-cat had saved them! He could feel his brother Wolfkit's fur prickling uncomfortably beside him. why can't you just relax Wolfkit? He wondered, thinking of the look on Wolfkit's face. It was like he wouldn't trust anyone!
"Are you apart of this...clan as well?" He asked curiously, looking at the black and white she-cat as well as the speckled one. This was all very new to the kit, all the sights, and smells...what was this place called anyway? It had to have a name... Did Ghost mention a name before...ShadowClan? Yes, that was it. Short whiskers twitching the thought thought the camp seemed alittle on the shady side, no wonder it was called Shadowclan. "ShadowClan..." he murmured to himself softly, trying to remember the name, since this looked like a place he would be living, that is if these cats let him and his brothers.
The young kit stared expectantly at the two cats, eyes bright. He felt much better than before he got here, out in the cold, pressed up against his only kin, while the bushes rustled beside them, not knowing what would come out of them.

Echoheart smiled at the gray kit, "Yes. I'm Echoheart, the medicine cat. What's your name little one?" her amber eyes were warm, although she still listened intently to what Ghost and Flystar were saying. She worried the kits would be forced out of ShadowClan, or at the very least treated as outsiders. She remembered how she'd been treated as an apprentice from ThunderClan, and these kits were not from a Clan at all! Echoheart could tell by the way they looked around the camp, stunned. She looked at all three of them, checking to see if they were hurt.

Wolfkit dodged away from the she-cat who Coyotekit was addressing. He wanted to hear what was going on and how could he with some bothersome cat around? It burned him up to know that their fate was in the paws of other cats. If whoever the leader was of this bunch didn't like them, then they could be as good as dead. The thought made him scowl. So far most of the cats here were sympathetic, he could see it in their eyes. A bunch of cats who didn't guard their thoughts close enough. Just by looking a t the undecidided look in their eyes he could tell this. These cats weren't ones who'd accept others who were like them, they were all alike.

Ooc, Do you want Flystar to name them? There mother calling them with 'kit' at the end seems unlikly if she wasnt a clan cat.
So it came to this again, her and Ghost caught up in a tense conversation with each other. She wondered if they’d ever be able to have a flat out discussion without rubbing each others fur the wrong way. There were things about this cat Flystar liked, as when she’d first met her the warrioress was bold. But it was something else was equality irritating and Flystar didn’t know what it was. Soon they would have to fix it, this was a cat she’d love to have on her side. For now there was nothing to do about it. She only had plans to even work on the situation in the future when they took there apprentices out training. The future. She’d just been thinking about it back in the comfort of her den. Why was it that something she put so much thought in and planning for always surprised her?
Sighing visibly, in a very tired of this manor, Flystar watched the little kits. Each had scrawny shoulders and looked underfed and possibly dehydrated. They were so young to, their eyes and ears had probably just opened. No more then two weeks old she was sure. The ones voice was lively though and the dark amber kit clearly had some serious opinions hidden behind those eyes. Being subjected to malnutrition hadn’t dampened their spirits. She thought of her old apprentice’s new litter, trying to picture these in with hers. Frozentears kits were all lovely but there coats were mostly stark white. The difference in litters would be very plain. Ghosts idea was good, they should never leave kits unprotected, but would Frozentear want them? Flystar knew she was in pain at the the loss of her mate. Who knew if she felt up for taking on some other cats kits?
All these thoughts culminated quickly, only a short time had passed leaving Flystar gazing down at the litter. She watched the silver one with a strange look in her eyes. The night she’d wanted to become a queen long ago was still sharp in her mind. That felt like a past life though, but it was a pain when no cat looked at you as anything more then a leader. But Flystar pushed that away, she should have long since gotten over it. There were matters she needed to deal with now. The most pressing she spoke aloud, The other clans will notice this sudden appearance of kits. It was more to herself at a mumble, she bent and sniffed at the silver one with a friendly look. It was pointless to argue, the decision had been made for her. No clan, not even Shadow, would send kits away to the forest alone.
Smiling at the little one she purred, But why would we care? Let them notice, Shadowclan will be all the stronger with these young ones then without. Flystar didn’t know if Ghost would care but she glanced quickly up at her. The intention was to so her approval but in a less leaderly like way she smiled and lay down meeting her face to face. It’s possible Frozentear wont be able to take care of them but we’ll find someway. Her mood seemed greatly changed. Light hearted again as she usually was and welcoming. This had been a surprise but there was a pull she felt towards the kits that could not let her stay angry. It was fun to look at them with there big curious eyes and high pitched voices. Echoheart, are they all healthy? Can you make sure none are sick in anyway? We need to make sure of that first incase Frozentears kits get sick from something they might have. Pausing a moment her head tilted and she wondered aloud, Do they have names?

ooc: ah yes. Sorry bout that Flinteh. xD Just ignore the times the 'kit' has been added to their names. =P does this mean they didn't get names at all from their rogue mother? -blinkz-
bic:
The silver kit stared at the black and white she-cat curiously, seeing that her name was Echoheart. What strange names!
Eyes blinking back to the brown speckled one, the kit wondered if this meant that his brothers and him were welcome to this new home. "I'm just alittle cold." He informed the she-cat asking of their conditions. "Are you going to take care of us?" He mewed aloud, eyes showing bright as he stared up at the leader.
