It's just an idea I had that I thought would go well with the plot. If the loners and kittypets had their own little loose group when they periodically meet up and exchange information that is crucial to their staying in clan territory. It's not as thickly woven as a clan, it similar to something that was on a site I've been to previously and it ended up being a big hit. I think that way the outsider cats will be able to play a bigger role in the plot. Think of it like an organization of loners and kittypets. I can provide a meeting place if enough people want to do this
